Late Arrival Office Hours are 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri, 8.30am-12pm Sat, 8.30am-10am Sun. If you are arriving outside these hours please let us know in advance so we can arrange to give you a security code to collect your keys on arrival.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Extra guest charge $30 per night per person. Maximum 6 people. Cot/high chair hire $35 per week per item.

Free secure undercover parking. 1 vehicle per apartment

300m from Tugan shopping village and 5 minute drive from Gold Coast airport

Please check office hours. If arriving after hours Guest must contact the office the day before arrival for obtaining key instructions.

Things To Do

San Simeon is an easy 5 minute walk to the Tugun Village Shopping Centre where you will find a selection of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, liquor outlets and specialty stores for your convenience.

For local dining there is a variety of options including Italian, Mexican, Vietnamese, Thai and Indian restaurants.

Why not consider a walk along the beach to visit the newly renovated Tugun Surf Club great family dining and entertainment overlooking the ocean.

If you want to cuddle a koala or get close to a crocodile visit the Currumbin Wildlife Centre.

Just a short drive are several major shopping centres including Pacific Fair & Robina Town Centre.

The renowned Twin Towns Services Club and Entertainment complex is also close by so leave the car at home and catch the local bus which departs from our front door every 15 minutes.
