The sophisticated and spacious fully self contained apartments all boast shuttered east facing live-on balconies leading off the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Tastefully furnished and finished with quality European appliances, these superior apartments are ideal for couples, families or the astute business traveller.

Whether you choose, a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment you are guaranteed superior service and comfort. All apartments include free wireless & broadband internet access.

Our location in central Broadbeach is only a short stroll to the CBD and alfresco dining of the Broadbeach area, also located within easy walking distance is the giant Pacific Fair Shopping centre, patrolled surf beach, Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Please note our one and three bedroom apartments are not guaranteed ocean views, they are request only and are subject to availability.

Please note that we have a strict no party tolerance in the building as we are predominantly residential. For this reason, there is a strict 9pm noise curfew. Any loud noise or disturbance issues after this hour will result in immediate eviction from the property by our on call security or local police.

We have a non smoking policy in place within the building or in the building grounds.

Any call out of management after hours to attend to disturbances or lock outs will result in $100.00 call out fee being charged and payable in cash on the spot.

Please note any damages in the apartment will be charged to the guest account as will any excessive cleaning if the apartment is left in a bad state on departure. All apartments are inspected before arrival and will be inspected again on your departure.

Business Facilities

We can send and receive faxes. We can print out your emails sent directly to our email address (charges apply). We do not allow access to our computers. Each apartment has a broadband cable for your laptop and also wireless internet connection. This internet access is free of charge.

Booking Conditions

We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Provided at least 14 days notice is given prior to arrival , a refund cheque (less a $50.00 handling fee) will be given. If less notice is given the full deposit will be forfeited.

At all times we, Ultra Broadbeach will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.

MID NOVEMBER MID DECEMBER CONDITIONS

For minors under 18 years of age traveling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.

Bookings will not be accepted where all guests are under 18 years of age.

A credit card imprint will be required on check in for all bookings.

All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on check-in.

Photo identification will be required on check-in. Should this not be corresponding to the reservation names, clients will be refused accommodation.

All parking is off street security parking in the basement.

Travel Directions

Car - Travelling south on the Gold Coast Hwy turn left into Margaret Ave & first left into Surf Parade then right into George Street.

Travelling north on the Gold Coast Hwy turn right into Margaret Ave & first left into Surf Parade then right into George Street. Taxi directions to 14 George Avenue, Broadbeach.

With views of the Gold Coast Hinterland, the resorts facilities or the glistening waters of Broadbeach. Ultra is superbly located only a short stroll to the entertainment of Broadbeach Mall, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre or the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Things To Do

Ultra Broadbeach is only a short walk north to the Broadbeach CBD, approximately six minutes. Here you will find banks, eateries from alfresco to al-a-carte, coffee shops, boutiques & the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Walk west about eight minutes and you come to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the largest shopping resort on the Gold Coast. Pacific Fair has almost every shop available and visited by ninety percent of tourists that visit the Gold Coast. Catch the monorail from the Oasis Shopping Centre (Broadbeach CBD) and take in a show or meal at Jupiters Casino or play the tables and win a fortune.

Go east about three minutes and you come to the stunning beaches of the Gold Coast. The beach at Broadbeach is skirted by 35 acres of parklands with concrete walkways the whole length. The walkway has exercise programs at certain points and for the fitness conscious, it is a chance to exercise daily in a beautiful environment.
